    Sorry but I'm not a fan of this movie. Batman always use the element of surprise to attack. He hides in the shadows to take out his enemy. HE DOES NOT WALK TOWARDS HIS ENEMIES WITH HEAVY FOOTSTEPS AND INTO THE LIGHT. Poor cinematics but awesome job by the actor.

    I just realized that when Batman walked in, one guy was filming it with his phone. That is probably the reason why Batman said he had to choose carefully. He choose that group because they had the habit of filming their crimes and share them. Batman wanted to appear in what they film, to spread news about him, to spread more fear to the criminals through this group.

    Thursday, October 31st. The city streets are crowded for the holiday. Even with the rain. Hidden in the chaos is the element, waiting to strike like snakes. And I’m there too. Watching.

    2 years of nights have turned me into a nocturnal animal. I must choose my targets carefully. It’s a big city. I can’t be everywhere. But they don’t know where I am. We have a signal now, for when I’m needed. When that light hits the sky, it’s not just a call- it’s a warning. To them.

    Fear is a tool. They think I’m hiding in the shadows. But I AM the shadows. I wish I could say I’m making a difference, but I’m not. Murder, robberies, assault- 2 years later, they’re all up. And now this. This city’s eating itself. Maybe it can’t be saved, but I have to try. PUSH MYSELF. These nights all roll together in a rush, Behind the mask. Sometimes in the morning I have to force myself to remember everything that happened.

    9:23 A lot of people don't talk about the Batman loud and slow footsteps, That booming announcement to let you know he's there and he does it a lot in the movie but sadly people don't acknowledge it or the slow walking

    Hi, I know that all of you dont know me but i have something to say. Tommorow I will be taking a big exam that can change if I change schools. I am utterly terrified and scared of the result. Past days I have been thinking thinking about batman. I love this character. For me it is a huge inspiration of what human mind can do. When i first saw this film I was amazed by how good the story and filmking was. Few days later the post-film anxiety hit. The only think i could have thinked about is this movie. This movie changed my life to a better direction. So from the bottom of my heart i would like to thank Matt Reeves, Rober Pattinson and the team. I love this film so much and it will always be part of me. Thank you for those read the whole comment. Just wanted to get off my chest. Again thank you Matt you changed Me.

    I recently bought Batman: Year 1, and it's influence can definitely be felt in these opening scenes and other parts of the movies which it awesome. (Year 1 is a comic arc I highly recommend even if you aren't into comics as this was my first and loved it).
